I had one ab-fab weekend!!! And I was completely in-tune with my friends. First up for the weekend was a Gilligan's Island themed Halloween Party on Friday night. I knew about the party for over a month and I was debating which character to go as and decided on Ginger until I looked through an episode guide and came across Eva Grubb, Ginger's look-a-like who crashes on the Island and after a make-over takes Ginger's identity, escapes off the Island and takes over Ginger's movie career.

It turned out that my friend CK had the same idea but arrived as Eva Before and I came as Eva After. I think we may have been the most obscure character at the party. Great friends and great minds think alike:







Saturday was a much busier day which started with a Spin Class to make up for the junk food at the party. After Spin I made my way to a old college friend's son's first birthday. Truman's grandmother is Korean so of course Truman had a traditional Korean birthday where he was given the choice of money, books, candy, and apples which would predict his future life. The little tike chose the apple but his grandmother pushed the money in front of him. Too funny! I told Truman's dad they should have used shiny coins if they wanted him to chose money. LOL!

We dined on homemade Korean BBQ and sweet rice dumplings. Yum!
